I am a man who wants to change this erratic behaviour before I lose everything. (Friends, family and my wife) She deserves a better version of me.
I have issues with anxiety, anger management and probably depression that I have been battling for 5 years.
I have tried almost everything from books, to some pills, meditation, therapy and nothing brings me back to the "nice and friendly guy I used to be"
I really hope this resource can help.
