Eyelash pulling

I been eyelash pulling for over 40 years. Therefore I lack confidence and avoid eye contact with anyone. Sometimes I do it without realising. Have tried writing down when I realise ie anxious at the time or where am I doing it. Has anyone else done this and what did you do to break the habit. I'm worried they will never grow back. After all these years. I've just started using eyelash serum in the hope it will help. I would be grateful of any ideas from people that have done this x

I also do that but not to the extent of having none. I also do it to my eyebrows. I hope the serum works for you.
