dizziness making my anxiety awful 😭can anyone chat

so last night I started feeling not right aching and these waves of dizziness it’s freaking me out I suffer with anxiety really bad and been doing ok till last night 😭I hate it especially the tight head and dizzynes please help

If your getting dizziness and pain, i think you should have a chat with your doctor. Thats something i don't get and ive had T for decades. Maybe just an infection and a wee tablet might take it away???? Good luck
