New Job Anxiety

I hate having an anxiety disorder. I had to start a new job due to my position being eliminated by my previous company. I feel like my new position is a great opportunity but I have so much self doubt. How do I stop thinking so negative about myself? All I want to do is hide. I’m so tired, my muscle are tense & my heart is constant racing. Any tips about starting a new job would be helpful! I’m regretting my decision.

Just remember that most people feel exactly the same as you it's a huge thing to do

You wouldn't have got the job unless you had the skills and personality to do it and fit in So don't feel negative about yourself feel proud and hold your head up high

You will soon feel happier and start to feel comfortable there

Wishing you all the very very best and look ahead to the time when you will look back and think what was I worried about
