When you have anxiety we never stop worrying especially if we tend to have health anxiety

I have read you have a polyp these are quite common and usually harmless even though anxiety will tell us something else

It is good news though that after your smear they say everything looks healthy try and stay focused on that positive news rather than over think the negative

I know it is never easy but do your best x
