Hello people , anyone on prozac , I started two days ago and now i feel better , can this happen or am I dreaming . My anxiety and panic seems to have subsided.

Hi murryriver, there are some people who notice a reduction in their symptomsafter a few days. However, in order for it to reach full efficacy, it usually takes

between 4-6 weeks. I'm so happy that you are responding so well to Prozac.

I have been on Prozac for over 20 years now and have had no adverse effects. I have tried other meds and have been very sensitive and could not tolerate them. I guess I am very lucky to be able to take it and respond favorably.
