Trazodone

Has anyone been prescribed this please.? Am now off MIRTAZAPINE after feeling like a zombie all the time …. Psychiatrist wants me to start this , 10mg , low dose .

Must admit feel quite Ill taking nothing to help with anxiety . Deep breathing not helping

I bloody loved loved loved trazadone. Came off relatively easily too.

Worked a treat but made me feel like I was been pinned to my bed for about 5 mins every night and ultimately that feeling led to panic attacks.

For my anxiety it literally saved my life tho! Best ad out there.

I was on trazodone for about six weeks. Came off it because of side effects. Headaches and joint pain. Went off cold turkey and the withdrawals were horrible. Lasted about 14 days. I, myself would not recommend it.
