When my other half had hers done , the beat was more upwards.

Oh the Apple Watch...I use to have a Cascio watch that ran a strip, took b/pand h/r. When it broke, it was a turning point in my life in that I stopped monitoring my heart. My anxiety came down. It was then I turned my trust over to the doctor who was

the professional with a degree.

Don't allow Apple Watch to replace your physician. :) xx
