Hi, I’ve suffered from social anxiety since I was 13 I’m 36 now and hasn’t gone away. I alway have to have obsessions..something to worry about.. around people. Afraid of judgment and being rejected. I feel like I can’t help stop these worries. Right now I have a worry of being to close to people, our private parts being close to each-other, while fully clothed just talking to each-other or whatnot. Before I had a fear of smelling around people and my head shaking while sitting down.
