And so today on my birthday i went to see my doctor Turns out I have a slight arrhythmia and my doctor wants me to see a cardiologist

This actually makes sense since I’m been feeling off

There are many arrhythmias that are not serious. I have PVCs ( premature ventricular contractions). When I first saw the cardiologist I had 3 tests - a stress test, an echocardiogram and had to wear a Holter Monitor for 24 hours. The monitor is comfortable and it records all your heartbeats so the doctor can tell how frequent the arrhythmias are.

The results from these tests are available quite quickly.

Again, most arrhythmias are not at all serious, but just need to be monitored. In some cases beta blockers are prescribed. Your doctor will be able to explain the nature of your arrhythmias in detail after he has seen the tests.
