I guess I didn’t warm up enough
The pain only on the left side of my chest
Goes up my jaw down my arm and back it aches it hasn’t gotten worse at all but I feel worried
I don’t feel anything else honesty
I assume I’m fine because I’m typing this up
But my brain screams “panic“
Maybe I went into cardio too fast
my pain feels real but part of me hopes my brains messing with my logic
Any additional information on not spiraling would be welcomed and appreciated

Hi Danielle, sorry dear, I just saw your post this evening.Cardio exercise is good for you but you do need to warm up
slowly before exercising as well as cool down after you are finished.
I did intense cardio 5 days a week and felt great as long as you start
out slowly and build up to a more intense exercise.
It might be best for you to skip a day in between so that your muscles
have a chance to re-coop. Since it's been 2 days since you experienced
the discomfort, I hope you are doing better today.
I've missed seeing you on site, I hope that means you have been doing better
with your anxiety. Keep in touch xx
