Just recently i had couple of attacks that were frightning, all due to health worries, as i had a cough, then googled it, and came up with all sorts of illnesses, that reall got me in a state, i have ecg test which came back normal, but blood pressure is up a bit, i assume from worries, i am now taking citralopram and hope this gets me closer to the way i was, i had a x-ray and due a blood test, just to check everything, because with my anxiety, i have bit of a sore throat, with feeling of something in my throat, palpatations, also i have fatty lumps on body that seem to tighten when i have anxiety, causing me to worry, as i know what they are, has anyone had symptoms like this and how do they cope.

anxiety attacks
I know how you feel. I had covid and my heart acted up. I freaked out. I hope the health scare is over and you are feeling better and have peace. I understand how scary it is. It's so hard to live with anxiety, people don't understand how it magnifies things-- even small stuff. But, when it's a big problem, like your health, it is awful.
Hi, i have taking citalopram and seems to be kicking in, and symptoms i had seems to going, touch wood.Yes its a awful please to be, and know there are people out who gets it constantly and i feel for them and hope they overcome there fears.
I am thinking more positively, and know waiting for x-ray and blood results and a being well, i can try and get on with my life normally.
