Going from 10 mg to 15mg how long till I get any relief of my anxiety I was on 10mg for 8 weeks and now on 15 for 13 days will it take long

How long does an increase in Lexapro take to give you the full Effect for anxiety I am now on 15 mg for 13 days and I was on 10 mg for eight weeks not seeing any difference yet

Hello iam very similar to you I got involved with somone after 10 years ,he lives very close to me ,we had a few walk together and met up for few months .we started to fall in love then I got scared and panicked. He wasn't very nice to me after that but I was living in dreamland thinking he come back I kept hoping and dreaming but it never happened, its taken me a year to realise its not going to happen .any advice how to move on and get him out of my system .sorry for long message x
