Nausea
Has the dr offered you anything for anxiety? Sounds like it’s that causing your nausea. When I’m stressed I get persistent nausea too.
I can totally relate to how you are feeling, nausea is no joke when it is present 24/7 having felt this way for several months and lost weight by not feeling hungry, Like you I have had blood work done the results come back ok, do you actually feel anxious all the time because I think this keeps the nausea going. Very often by evening time I feel much better only to find after a nights sleep the nausea is back. Have you considered medication for anxiety I am told by Drs this could help but feel too scared to try anything myself at the moment.
I do have other symptoms of anxiety along side the nausea which doesn’t help. Eating small meals several times a day and snacking in between if you can may be helpful, I have had to force myself to eat sometimes it is a horrid feeling.
Hope it improves for you soon!
