Heart anxiety

Almost daily now, I experience a very strange sensation which feels like my chest tightens, and then my heart drops down/releases blood. It used to be an occasional experience very seldom but overtime the period between them decreased and is now something I am aware of. I feel like I cannot breath when it happens and it scares me alot. I don't know what it is. Just wanted to share on here incase anyone else experiences something similar please reach out to me

I've had similar. My experience is when my chest tightens and then seems to release by pounding real hard until it goes away. Then I feel better except that I feel light headed and I want to say also light chested ? Real bad feeling like my heart is going to explode or pound out of my chest.

See a cardiologist. This is very likely to relieve your anxiety and may cause these feelings to diminish.

I did see a cardiologist and my test were normal which I forgot to add. Just kind of poo-poo'd away.

I think I get the same feeling. But mines been happening since February. Been to the Cardiologist and everything was normal. The Dr. said that what ever it is, it is not life threatening & probably has nothing to do with the heart… Thank god. But it’s still driving me crazy not knowing where exactly it’s coming from or what started it
