Anxiety cant eat: So i just started having... - Anxiety Support
Anxiety cant eat
I had this. Eat a bite every few minutes. I found PB and j easy
Yeah. You'll find your self full very quick and maybe even feeling sick.
Hi, I suffer the same thing... At times when im anxious and stressed...
Are you OK to drink? Their are drinks you can get that will supplement what you need..
I also suck on Barley Sugar when im feeling sick... My chemist suggested that.
Try something soft like bread... Or even some soft fruit....
Talking will help.. Could you got for coffee with a friend and maybe share a piece of cake? Its daft but anything at times like that is better than nothing..
PLEASE dont let it go on for too long... Youll end up with other problems.. I hope the cause of your anxiety can be sorted and you can start to eat properly again.
Try and see what's stimulating the attack, I know when I feel self conscious about my figure my anxiety can trigger when I'm eating. It's also sound silly but I resort to eating easy baby food, soft bread or milk and baby biscuits it's just easier, hope this helps
Hi
Feel for u - anxiety is not easy.
Try & think of something u really fancy to eat even if it not what u usually eat at the mealtime 😃
I found out i have a stomach problem that doesnt let me get rid of the food so i have to go visit my stomach doctor
I was on Zopiclone 7.5 mg sleeping pills for many years and also suffered from severe anxiety. Stopping sleeping pills left me permanently wide awake for days. My new young GP put me on Phenergan an antihistamine. I stopped the sleeping pills immediately and went on to Phenergan. I slept from Day 1 (a total surprise as I had previously been on a strong hypnotic tablet. The best bonus of this I stopped suffering from anxiety and left off the antihistames after a month. I have never looked back and actually am enjoying life and doing all the things that crippled before due to my anxiety. I am still on citalopram, not for depression, but the stabilise my severe mood swings due to a very traumatic menopause. I hope this helps, contact me if you need more information.
