High anxiety

Omg I am so overwhelmed, it's been years that I have not suffered from anxiety all day.. I want to cry I could be at work and all of sudden I am dizzy shortness of breath chest tightness headache nauseas and it's happening for the last 3 days I don't know what to do I wish I could replace my brain

Take deep slow breaths,go for a walk until calm or light physical exercise or total sensory deprivation like an enclosed space,no lights,no noise. I am assuming anxiety and panic being the issue, not something else.
