Hello & Welcome
There is nothing wrong with your spellings and to be honest even us that are English we make spelling mistakes but luckily this is not a Spelling test on here but somewhere that you can come and share with people that know what it is like to suffer with anxiety and depression
You have had so much to cope with I am not surprised you have been left feeling anxious and depressed , I think under the circumstances it would make anyone feel this way but it is when it makes you feel this way where it is affecting your everyday life that we have to try and get the support we need
I am not sure where you are what support you have but if there is some I would ask as many as I could including family and friends to help
You can now come and talk with the Community on here and hopefully it will help a little to know you are not alone x
I was followed-up by a special psycotherapist for many months and on Sertraline(Zolloft) as anti-depressant Then she got a new job and thought that the problems were fixed so I was left alone. A couple a months later I was dx post-RT urinary problems and rectal.I am followed by my urologist whot inserted a Foley catheter (permanant) and the gastrolofist is geting me a colostomy with Argon this Friday.
With all that, my breathing is getting worse and My depression came back stronger.
I am sorry to hear what you are going through this will make your anxiety worse dealing with it all Have you asked if you could get more support , let them know how you are feeling
I know I am in the UK but I have come to realise sometimes we just have to keep repeating to them we need help and if we don't they are easy to just put us to one side and not give it us
I am not going through anything like you and I have suffered with anxiety all my life I am 58 and last Oct I had a heart attack then another in Feb and another in March
5 weeks ago I had a triple Bypass and I have cried like a baby since and I tell myself that is ok why should I not
I have been through a lot because prior to the heart attacks and Bypass I had Double pneumonia which took me in Intensive care
It is ok to feel down and cry when we are going through so much don't feel you are any less or reacting in a way that no one else would
I will keep my fingers crossed that your Doctor finds you a new phycologist soon x
