anxiety, sleep and overthinking

Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well this morning. My mind is so hard wired into ovethinking that I find it very difficult to unwind and relax. I have been an analyser for a long time. I try to do all the things to help me unwind and relax but it does not take long before my mind starts on me. At times I get myself so tired just so I can sleep well but my mind keeps looking for things to worry about, analyse etc. Does anyone know ever try mindfulness, or any thing that helps to stop overthinking. I have tried yoga, meditation etc, but can't unwind at all.
