My husband and I were walking at night, and whatever big bug? Landed on my upper back neck area. I asked him to remove it but he couldn’t see. So I slapped it off me and i felt something sharp not sure if it bit me or how or what but there was a puncture and tiny it of blood. He couldn’t see what it was. I started to feel lk I wanted to get a panic attack :(( bc I didn’t know what it was and if it got me in my back near the spinal cord. Anyhow I started to breath anxiously and my husband tried to calm me down you know he said that wasn’t reason to worry etc I told him I was getting a bit of an anxiety attack or panic. He told me i was exaggerating which I know! I told him right away I’m sorry I’m ok I just got a bit of anxiety. He said that it’s normal things bite (we’re we live) etc I told him I know I just can’t help it. I have a bit of a fobia. Long story not so short. I believe he has have it with my panic and anxiety. I want to fix myself. I don’t know how

Thank you for sharing. I think most women over react when it comes to bugs crawling on us and biting us. Try not to be so hard on yourself. Here is an article (bit.ly/3xwo7KL) about anxiety you might find helpful. I will be praying for you. Hugs and God Bless
Another good book is the Dare End Anxiety book by Barry McDonah, he credits her and takes her ideas and makes them practical and simple to do. He also has youtube videos and an app for your phone and support programs.
Also, being tired of anxiety and have had it is a good place to be, it means you're motivated to learn something new and change behaviors - good for you.
