Sertraline and breast milk production

I have been on Sertraline for 7 years now for terrible generalised anxiety, panic attacks and OCD. I take 100mg. I have gained a large amount of weight because of the Sertraline. Other than that I have had no side effects until recently. All of a sudden a couple of months ago I started to have milk production in my breasts and the Endocrinologist is suggesting that this is an effect of the Sertraline. How likely is this after being on the drug for 7 years? I also have been feeling more anxious, stressed and quite low and am starting to wonder if I need to change to a different antidepressant.
