So, before COVID-19 and a bit into it I was doing good with my anxiety. Now that I got my first vaccine and I am on the home stretch....I am getting bad panic attacks when I leave the house! It’s like I was out right back into 2018 when it came back horrible that last time! I don’t get it! I was doing so good, and now I am set back far! -sigh-
