Who hates health anxiety?

I have had Health Anxiety since last November? And its really draining me.

I have had health anxiety for about 15 years. I sought proper help for it about 2.5 years ago and haven't had a really bad period of health anxiety for about 20 months. Hoping very much it stays that way! I know first hand how horrible health anxiety can be so I am here if you want to talk about it.
