I am currentley taking 75 mg amitriptilyne &50mg sertraline, which doc wants to up to 100mg.Anybody had any bad reactions upping 50mg sertraline to 100.Thanks in advance.

Hi I don't think it should cause any problems. Only made me less anxious and less weepy. Good luck
