Headaches and really scared

I get a lot of headaches but I don’t sleep at night and sleep throughout the day so idk if that’s why but today I got a headache and went to sleep and I have a headache still on my right side I’m so scared something is wrong with my brain I get headaches a lot but this one is freaking me out I think I’m going to have a stroke or something I’m only 17 I wanna cry

It so scary when you think something is wrong . Have you had migraines before, they often are just painful on one side of the head, especially over the eye or front of your face. Also remember that headaches are a common symptom of depression. People always know about the sadness and loss of motivation with depression, but forget that there are lots of physical ailments that it can cause. For me its been chronic stomach aches and headaches. I hope you are feeling better today.

Yes now I’m having stomach problems it’s the worst I’m scared I may have a ulcer now
