So I recently started watching Black Mirror and the latest episode I watched, "Shut up and Dance" MESSED ME UP.I was mimicking the emotions of Kenny, then finiding out what he did at the end, destroyed me. Its much better than yesterday but I just feel really anxious, angry and uncomfortable as hell. Anyone have any tips to deal with his, or anxiety triggered by TV shows in general?
Edit- I also think the way sympathy was added to the character was just. Gosh.

Hi. All of the emotions you are experiencing is actually normal. It's all emotions. First of all words are powerful. You are doing yourself a disservice when u name it "Trauma". It's not trauma. It's "You are experiencing a normal response to a show" You will be ok. Sometimes we respond emotionally to a stimulus in our environment and that is human. Some of us more than others. Maybe you are a sensitive person? And that is perfectly fine too.I hope this helps.
