Really scared of heart attack

I always get the symptoms l, most of the day, some days good, some days bad, but it’s horrible and I feel like I’m going to die, even though the tests show nothing every time I’m still scared, I sometimes get the symptoms all together and it scared me that I’m going to die, and reading that loads of young people die of a heart attack and cardiac arrest to scare me

Ask your doctor to put you on a heart monitor for a week. It will tell you what's going on. It may be normal or it may be something you need to do such as exercise or medication. But once again it may be normal so just knowing for sure would give you piece of mind. ❤
