Anxiety overload

Tomorrow my Mom leaves back to Virginia and These past 2 days I’ve been feeling so weird and sick to my stomach with anxiety! I’ve been having nightmares that feel so vivid and Pain in my left calf with a bruise that came out of nowhere! And now I’m scared that ima die from something for having two panic attacks this week my left arm started to hurt since yesterday and I’m freaking out! I took a Xanax just now to calm me down before bed but I’m still nervous as to why these things are happening to me all of a sudden 🥺 these things are so unexplainable and frustrating! I hate this so much
