If you were having a brain aneurysm you definitely wouldn’t be here typing right now. You are only 17..that is very rare to happen at that age.

Has anything been causing you anxiety lately?

Are you very hyper aware of the physical sensations in your body? I am like that

Hello, I’m currently experiencing a severe panic attack with chest pain. I’ve dealt with this for years. Anxiety can make you feel like you are dying or going crazy. It really takes the fun out of life. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, please seek help. However, it does sound like anxiety, because you are able to type and function. If you need to chat back in forth so you can calm down, I’m right here for you. You are going to be ok

So. I know you are 17. Man, I wish I was 17 again lol. Do you know any breathing exercises? Take a deep breath through your nose and count to ten, then slowly breath out your mouth while counting to ten again. You will slowly feel your body relaxing and start to feel better. This may take a bit of time, but I promise it works.

Hi Zhiyah x I hope you are feeling better right now.

Anxiety will throw one intrusive thought after another as

long as it gets a response from you.

Anxiety lies, the lies become real in our mind and then our body

produces symptoms to make us think it is something catastrophic.

The minute you would stand up to anxiety, the symptoms will quiet

down and disappear. I could tell you that what made you afraid was

caused by your irregular breathing and not a brain aneurysm. :) xx

I see your a minor, have you spoke to your parents to take you to the doctors? You didn’t mention headaches or Nausea? 2 of my sisters in-law had Brain aneurysms and survived said their symptoms were headaches and nausea . You don’t mention those things? But still go to the doctors to make sure there’s nothing wrong?
