Nervous Stomach

I have a nervous stomach, it feels like Guitar strings tighten to a very high tension, and feels like something is pulling on them , if anything goes wrong I'm jumping out of my skin, doc wont give me xanax. Those anyone else get this.

We are never alone with symptoms that Anxiety gives us. Although I have never heard

it explained as tightened Guitar Strings. (do you play guitar?) I do and you are right in that feeling. Oh sure, Xanax would loosen the strings but it's short lived until then tighten again.

Learning to do diaphragmatic breathing can be very beneficial in releasing the nervousness and reducing the level of adrenaline. It takes practice but well worth it. It's free, it's with you at all times and can help in moments. YouTube has some incredible breathing exercises

look for the short ones to start with 5-10 minutes. Let me know if you need some help xx

Thanks Agora1 , yes I do play Guitar 😄 lol but that's the way it feels sometimes , Thanks very much for the advice, I will go and do a few breathing videos on YouTube see how I get on ,Thanks for taking the time to reply 👌👍👍👍
