Hi all, it's been a while since I've been on here my my anxiety is through the roof and I'm freaking out trying to keep it under control! Not sure if it's the pandemic, Christmas, or the effects of staying at home month after month- but I feel like I can't ever relax or stay rational and panic attacks have become a regular occurrence. Feel like I'm going to lose my mind! Can anyone relate?
