Feeling faint today

Just feel faint and woozy and strange today. Anyone else?

I had a weird experience a couple days ago in the shower. I was completely fine until I suddenly felt dizzy and woozy. I got super nauseous and the feeling lingered. At one point I had to actually open the shower curtain and get some air. Once I got out, I was pretty dissociated for the rest of the day with little spikes of adrenaline/panic in between. Don’t know what that was, but it was incredibly uncomfortable.

I feel like this all day everyday. Like I’m on a boat or about to faint. You are not alone x

I get like this too at times. I hate the feeling! Do you take medication?
