Hi Arlene I take two 25 mg tablets at nite to help my sleep. I feel them beneficial in getting to sleep. They are just antihistamines.

Do u take them every night? It’s 25mg that I’ve been prescribed & only 1 at night. I was reading some of the reviews and was a bit concerned. I previously was prescribed zopiclone to take when required, which I took very sparingly, but when I asked for a further prescription she gave me phenergan.

Hey, I use this regularly due to insomnia. I have the 25mg tablets and take 1 and a half at 30 mins before sleep. I started at a low dose and built up, everyone is different so it’s best to start lower and see what works for you, hope this helps
