Hiya, hoping you're doing well, it's such a worry., to put your mind at rest just give nhs 24 a wee shout just for some "tech support" 😊, we're all here for a blether on here when ever you need it, concentration goes out the window doesn't it😊 there are some wonderful "settling apps" that I use that seem to work, but to be honest not sure if they're working due to the distraction or if they're actually working. They seem to calm thoughts and mind and eventually everything else seems to follow 😊 wishing you a lovely relaxing evening. 😊
Thank you for your advise, I don’t want to ring the nhs it will make me worse lol I’ve heart echo heats scans done holter monitors u name it all back anxiety and a few isolated superventricualr eptopic
But these are different their like adrenaline surges but they haven’t stopped all day, pulse is normal no hot no dizzy
But I’ve never had it this bad and I’ve worked myself up keep waiting for another one to come they have happened loads all day
Hypo, these surges are called "free floating anxiety".
This happens when we cannot completely relax and so there is always
adrenaline coursing through us. It takes but a thought, something you hear,
and BAM the adrenaline rises causing that surge.
The best way to handle this is to use Meditation and Diaphragmatic Breathing
throughout the day. This will lower the rushes that you are feeling. Know that
these feelings are due to stress that has not been addressed. Let us help you xx
Me too today .Some days get none
