I no longer panic in stores or get lightheaded or a high heart rate. BUT I’m still a little uncomfortable, I’m uncomfortable everywhere and I’m always tensed.

Oliviaaa1, I'm happy to hear it's getting better for you when in stores.

May I suggest what I use daily? Breathing....if you use regulated breathing technique

it has the power to lower your adrenaline levels, your stress, blood pressure, heart rate

and lightheadedness. That plus making sure you are well hydrated can get you to a

more comfortable space whenever you go. (even while driving) :) xx
