Anyone who suffers with anxiety at one time will have cardiac phobia. You still have those
problems because the psychological cause of your focus has not been addressed.
The anxious person has trouble being re-assured by the cardiologist and tends to continue
to place their focus on the heart.
The more we do, the more adrenaline is produced in our body causing the sensations we
may feel in our chest area. Once a year physical is usually enough. If anything out of the
ordinary develops, of course, always give your doctor a call.
Are you in therapy at this time? On any medication? It might help by making you get

I'm still trying to work out my psychological issues. I believe I may have some deep seeded issues that could be causing these problems i have. I have spent most of my life believing that feeling mental pain is weakness. I'm starting to think otherwise.

Mental pain does not equal weakness by any means. It is an illness just like any physical
issue. Anxiety does not come out of no where. Somewhere along the way, our lives stored an emotional event that made an impact on our psyche. Sometimes, it lies dormant and chooses to surface only when we are stressed by our life. You're thinking
