ugh.. what an awful feeling!! I'll get a random, really intense feeling of butterflies in my stomach and I'll feel like I can't breathe but I can breathe fine.. anyone else get this?

I keep that feeling in my stomach also. I hate it. Deep breathing helps for a few minutes but never last very long. Increasing the Venlafaxine today in hopes that will help. I am glad you pasted this because I was going to ask the same question.

quixotic6, it is one of the most common, miserable signs of Anxiety due to our

over sensitized nervous system. Proper breathing can reduce and even stop

the feeling mid stream. It takes practice but can be the key to relief. :) xx

Oh my mind has been awe full for a month now . Stomach all over the place. It’s a terrible feeling .
