I seriously just feel so lonely and friendless. I notice the moment you’re not on your game dispelling all your energy in the form of effort and attention towards others everyone leaves. Literally. I just feel anxiety equates to being crippling lonely till you find a way to get over it and shelf what you want.

Thank you for your response! Soo I tried 5 mg of Lexapro and had this “allergic” reaction called Serotonin Syndrome. I’ve heard cutting the pill in 4th’s would help that adjustment but tbh I have been nervousssss about attempting that again. I also don’t know how well it mixes if you’re a smoker, and idkk, I have a weird paranoia it’ll turn me into a different person or something😅 but if that’s the only option then I’d consider it again
