Sleepless nights , sleep all day help stuck in this rut can't get out of

Dose anyone here suffer no nights sleep but sleep all day,,, I can't seem to kick my butt in to gear

Hi Loki, I have a Similar problem, but I sleep for sometimes a couple of days and nights on the trot, other times I don't sleep for days at a time. Noisy neighbours don't help, To get back into a routine try to stay awake even though you are tired,the longer you keep yourself awake in the daytime the easier it will be to get back into a proper routine.

Thankyou for getting back to me. I know you're right , got some big blood results Tomo I'm hopeing after that I can sort myself out a bit

Hi Loki. This can be a fairly common symptom of depression. I often take afternoon naps which can last for several hours but I try not to put myself down for it. At least you are getting sleep even if it's mostly in the day, which is better than not.
