Fluoxetine and feeling ‘not quite there’?

Hello all

I had a crisis episode four weeks ago, I was put on 20mg of fluoxetine, since then the anxiety has started to ease a little but I have this sensation all day like I’m not quite ‘there’ not fully focused, almost looking through my life like a daydream/disassociate feeling?

I don’t like this at all, will it go away in time? Maybe if I take the fluoxetine at night could it help?

Any advice greatly appreciated x

Maybe talk to your prescriber. I couldn't take fluoxetine for this very reason. I changed over to escitalopram and that worked out really well.
