My birthday is in 2 months but I don’t even want to plan

Things have gotten better for me but I got this impending doom feeling again before I felt like I wouldn’t make it by where I am

Now but my birthday is in 2 months and I’m just scared to even plan because anything could happen and I’m scared I see so many young people passing and so much stuff happening and it makes my anxiety worse I overthink and overthink when no one else my age care☹️

We are such over thinkers , part of why we end up so anxious

2 months is a while away yet so tell yourself , you know what I am sticking in the day as we don't know what another 2 months will bring any way

Try and make the best of today and nearer the time who knows how you will feel or what if anything you would like to do because that is your choice when it does get nearer , remember that you are in control
