Just woke up for the day and I’ve woken up with really fast heart beat 170bmp n chest pain!!! It’s calmed down abit now I don’t get why it happens all of a sudden so sorry

Glad it has calmed down a bit now. It’s so strange how anxiety can happen out of the blue! Has anything been stressing you out lately?

Yh a lot of things but I just don’t get how that can cause a really fast heart rate scares me so much. Does your heart ever race out the blue?
