Techniques coping methods.
1. Deep breathing take some time . Deep breaths. slowly count. one to ten.
2. Have a glass of water cold sip slowly.
Or use a bottle of water.
Water in a bottle important means can have something to hold on to and focus.
3. If in a situation with people sweating palpitations keeping thinking slowly positive thoughts.
Easy one recite poems or songs familar to you.
I use these concentrate the mind on focused concentrate to get out the situation you are experiencing.
4.. Taking small steps works in lets say social situations think of an exit stratergy .
5. Before going any way have a plan just in case something happens.
6. Obtain a card some countries areas local councils have this. Says about you if in a emergency.
Then if panic attack give to staff member need help with this.

Fear or fight is natural in bred system we used in ancient times . When animals roamed meant us harm.
Pain heart palpitations, sweats, pit feeling in stomach know of lurching. Toilet issues common, headaches and nausea.

Anxiety can be a serious illness escalate to the extreme become addicted to alcohol, caffeine to rely on for support.
If this is happening now please do something about it.
I am an alcoholic had used drugs also to cope with anxiety. Clean sorted advise others same.
Avoid caffeine in tea, coffee, cola and chocolate.
Use therapy meditation another one to be useful anxiety.

If this one other imortant point forget to add in your personal life job relationships and so then do something about it.
Seek some answers. Mental health of any type is a condition and illness but you can live with it if you cope have changes.
One thing else as with any illness changes in diet, nutrition necessary. Often the case too much sugar sweet stuff and junk food can effect the moods.
The reliance on feel anxious need a sugar hit feel better unfortunately high sugar levels.
Can again like caffeine cause in balances in your neurotranmitters responses to every day functions.
So use in your diet lean meat fruit vegetables.
Whole grains bread pasta rice beans pulses.
Eggs, Nuts, Yoghurt natural Greek helps with stomach issues caused my anxiety.
Any medications take antibacterial losses need replacing. All meds effect your wellbeing in the sense cause colds infections, sniffles.
Low immunity as the meds are fighting in combinations with your mental health and bodys defence systems.
So white blood cells we have are use ti attack anti bodies or foriegn invaders including medications we not used to taking.
Exercise caution and use these sensibly be fine, read packets always.
Also as in any recommedations of diet, nutrition please start the day with breakfast.
