Anxiety, depression and OCD

I have anxiety, depression and OCD. I do feel a lot. But I don't have the energy to write here or in my journal. So, I'll just share some random thoughts. I've always been a people-pleaser. My #1 goal is to get approval. I don't know what I genuinely like anymore. I stopped going to therapy. I have no friends, only acquaintances. I feel easy to replace. I have no motivation. I don't really know if I like the major I'm in. I have severe social anxiety. My face always feels tense. I regret not enjoying the last 2 years of high school bc of this.

Hello :-)

Everything you are feeling is normal from what you are suffering from and we push people away again normal but try letting people back in again as we then end up so lonely which adds to our thoughts and feelings

We find we are people pleases because we want to be accepted but it does not help , low self worth causes us to be this way to

We all have regrets but we cannot change them , we have to leave them where they are in the past , let go of them before they engulf and take us over

Talk to people again , someone you can trust , you can move forward you honestly can :-)

Hi- Welcome to the group!

I used to be a people-pleaser and I understand how hard it is to be in that situation. I learned it from my Pastor that our goal should not be to please anyone because when we do something, some people may like it and some may not. All we have to do is do the best we can.

When I was in college, I didn’t like my course but with the help of my classmates I was able to finish it. They encouraged me and helped me with some of my subjects. I understand what you are going through. I want to encourage you to have someone who will walk with you in this journey, someone you can trust and talk about how you feel. You can also post here anytime. Feel free to share even just to vent, it will help you to feel better and you can also have friends here.
