Dry eyes and feeling tired over the edge

I hate these feelings I get and weird sensations I always just feel like my body is failing me its about to stop working and it just hits out of nowhere I was just fine I’m so over this I’m scared I’m tired of feeling like I’m going to yk I hate the word I’m scared

i don't get that particular feeling, but plenty others~~like all my thoughts are scrambling up ~these are caused mainly by anxiety we should be able to get decent tabs for,also by our life situation, i'm back on cbd capsules as they do help anxiety, trouble is i have ibs a lot which means the cbd is lost along the with the food !
