I have been a member for a while but first time posting. I care for my 85 year old mother. We moved from London to Yorkshire in September. I also cared for my dad but he passed away in December 2018 he was 92 with dementia but died of pneumonia. The plan was for him to move with us but did not work out. I gave up my full time job in2018 as it was difficult to care for both of them as I had to take time off to take them to appointments etc. Mum and dad lived together and I lived not to far from them. She is now living with me, my husband and son. My mother has been diagnosed with anxiety since moving here and things where fine up until 3weeks. She has now developed shakes/tremors and now complaining with sour taste in her mouth which seems to be acid/indigestion but she has been prescribed tablets to prevent this for many years but does not seem to help now. It has become more difficult because she seems to be more unsettled and loss of appetite and because of her mobility she has not been out of her room, this is her choice. Doctors have advised that it will get better but right now it is more and more stressful. I do not have any outside support. Any advice will be welcomed
Thank you in advance .
