Hi everyone, myself shashikant. I am 26 male. I am suffering from ocd which is anxiety disorder for last 11 years. I am not able to concentrate on my work due to anxiety.fear to something bad will happen in future. I am thankful to you for adding me in your group now i am not alone.

Welcome Mishrasunny. Just chatting to those that have similar problems is always a big help. Sometimes they will give u a tip, ideas, advice that can help tremendously.... U are not alone. It’s tough out there but if you try to help yourself and know you have this problem then it’s slightly easier to overcome.
