Anybody up for a chat

So I’m sitting here, having anxious uncomfortable feelings. I’m breathing, staying calm waiting on it to pass- deep slow breaths- not believing the thoughts. Doodling in my book (idk why that helps.. you should see the random things in here) Then once this passes I’m hopping in the shower so I can start my day. You all probably think I’m silly for talking to myself on here almost everyday :p but it’s keeping me sane so far so just keep scrolling and ignore me. :)

Well if it helps I'm exactly the same. In fact I talk to my self more than I talk to my family 😂 I'm constantly having this adrenaline type surge its so hard to describe because I don't actually have any anxiety or thoughts. I can just wake up with ectopics and a pounding heart and this feeling. Nothing triggers it. I'm yet to find anything that really helps tho

I take Magnesium Citrate 300mgs and this helps my ectopics. They take a couple of weeks to kick in but also helps anxiety.

Look on you tube at York Cardiologist Sanjay Gupter he very down to earth explaining about ectopics and also the types of Magnesium and how much to take to help ectopics

Hi, believe me you’re not crazy. I think talking to ourselves is therapy. I’ve been having this feeling where I go to sleep at night fine and when I wake up in the morning and try to fall asleep, as I’m going into the sleep mode, I feel like I have to catch my breath. Anyone else get this? Hasn’t happened for awhile. Scary. I know I have anxiety with my noisy neighbors. I think If we can identify what’s making us anxious, then we are like, ok I’m not dying!

I feel for you. It def helps to talk about it. Try to pinpoint why you are feeling anxious and see if that helps. Also, potassium and magnesium helps, if we are low in it. Keeps nerves calm and heart beat regular. Hope you’re feeling better. 💕

No it’s not silly at all. You have to go through any exercise that assists you. Self talk has always helped me! All the best to a great day for you
