I don't know what the heck is up. Lately I've been stressed out and anxious. My stomachs bloated, I woke up in a full panic heart pounding etc. I'm calming down now. But if you look at my last post you'll see what happened this past week. I hate this

try sleeping in another room. On the couch & Change up your routine, IE set the phone to music to wake you earlier or know that you will wake up and have to do a load of laundry...etc
Either way, get UP and get your feet on the floor. DO NOT lie in bed if the feelings kick in the minute you wake up. Up and moving.
I’ve had a lot of nighttime panic attacks. They are awful! I thought I was dying every time! My heart races up, like more than 150bpm and skips beats, I feel like I can’t breathe right, feel nauseous, weak..I feel like hell for about 15 mins. Then I lay there and tremble all over for a few minutes. Apparently it’s all from a major rush of adrenaline. People say get up and walk around, but I don’t feel like I could. I go into survival mode, I just lie real still and take slow deep breaths and pray. I’m doing better though, thank God, I’ve only had 1 in the past month. Once your sensitized nervous system calms down, they go away.
