It was 5 am and something somebody said triggered me and boom spiral we go. Activate chest pain, heart pain, terrifying thoughts that I’ll just black out and die any second imagining my dog and child and family without me. I really need to get my triggers under control.. I doodled for a while and I’m relaxed now. Breathe, we’re ok.

Does anybody else cry after an attack?
